Today we headed to one of our favorite parks, Lake Street Park. It was a gorgeous day and we brought our new bucket of sand toys. The kids really loved building castles with some of the damp sand and we ended up with quite a structure :) Ok, we wouldn't win any castle building contests but it was very fun. Ellie picked lots of flowers for the castle garden and Jake spent a lot of time coming up with ways people could get across the moat (filled with alligators) so they could destroy the castle.
